The Fest Noz gas crepe maker is a traditional Breton crepe maker designed on the basis of Krampouz professional appliances. Its 6-branch, double flame star burner is specially designed to ensure ideal heat distribution.
Its cast steel plate, evenness of heating and temperature increase mean that in your own home, you can reproduce the inimitable taste and texture of crepes which you tasted at the creperie.

Advice on use and maintenance

Each time you use it, wipe the cold plate with a pad. When the seasoning starts to thicken, pass the abrasive stone over the tepid plate and finish by adding a layer of oil.
To ensure that the spreader (rozell) is safe for food contact, no glue is used in its construction. To fix the handle to the spreader, assemble both parts and immerse them in water for a few minutes. This will allow the wood to swell and join the parts together.
